  I made an appointment here based on the good reviews. My daughter had a new puppy and we brought it in to be checked over and establish him with a vet. I arrived for my 3 p.m. appointment on time, and no one else was in the waiting room. About 15 min later, another owner/dog came in, then another about 10 min later. For some reason, the 2 customers after me were called into the exam room BEFORE me. I saw no reason that should have happened. It was 4 p.m. before we got in. No one apologized for that inexcusable wait, and I didn't get a feeling that the Vet cared we were there. I've been to vets before that ask questions about how a new puppy is doing in the home, give good advice about behavior and potty training. The only question the vet asked is "what can we do for you today?" I would think she should have already known. I won't be back. The bedside manner is not worth the money they charge!
