  I have been a patient of Dr. Ken Nelson, West Bay Dental and his wonderful staff of friendly faces for over 15 years. From the moment you step in the door you are greeted with a warm and friendly 'hello' until you leave with a smile on your frozen, crooked face-you feel safe and in good hands! I trust Dr. Nelson and his highly qualified team 100%. Betsy and Jennine have been working on my teeth for many years, They are excellent in everything they do to make you feel comfortable and confident in your procedure. Dr. Nelson explains in detail what he is going to do, before he does it. He is wonderful. My husband, myself and my two daughters are all treated with care and compassion. My young daughters are treated so special, thank you. I have never been kept waiting in the lobby for my appointment. They run their office like clock work. They are truly the best! Thank you West Bay Dental!

  I am highly impressed with the quality of care that we have received over the past 25+ years. I have several crowns on my upper incisors that are matched so well to my natural teeth that no one can tell that they are crowns. The staff is very friendly and always asks about my boys, who they watched grow up. I have had to schedule several appointments for crown recements or repairs, and the scheduling staff has always found me a time to come in quickly when needed. I recommend this office frequently.
